Kent based Swift Lift Company are the latest lift maintenance company to replace their digital pens for Motivity Liftdata PDA system. This handheld software is dedicated to providing engineers with up-to-the minute details of outstanding calls, service lists, repair work. Motivity is used daily by 100s of Lift Engineers across the UK.

Higher Elevation for ServiceLife Mobile

Kent based lift specialists Higher Elevation have adopted ServiceLife Mobile for their field service team. ServiceLife Mobile is powered by Motivity workforce software and allows the field engineers to replace traditional paper job and service sheets with electronic copies that are sent and received wirelessly using handheld computers or smartphones. ServiceLife Mobile even lets field engineers record checks and readings for any lift equipment installed at a customer premises. This information is transmitted back to ServiceLife in the office as soon as a the job is completed on-site.

Extracair Sign up for ServiceLife Mobile

Poole based air conditioning and catering equipment specialists Extracair have signed up to use ServiceLife Mobile. This handheld system powered by our Motivity workforce software enables their field staff to receive and complete jobs without the need to return to their offices. They can even capture customer signatures and site photographs for proof of delivery.

No Signal? No Problem!

One of the main features of Motivity is you can use it without a permanent mobile phone signal.

If your signal drops out, just carry on using Motivity as normal. When the signal returns, Motivity will automatically send your completed work back to the office.

Just remember to keep an eye on your completed / finished work page on your handheld. This will show you when your office has received your compelted work. Once they have received it then you can log out of the system if you like.
